What is The Internal Strength Model?
This model of training approaches your training differently from the standard "Traditional Model" of training.
In this training, we begin with the understanding that "all movement originates internally". This means that we focus on internal movement function and building our training session from the most fundamental internal aspect to the external activity.
This external training input can be anything from an exercise like Squat, Lunge, Pressing movements to loaded versions of some of the exercises you previously did as unloaded mobility.
